Graduation Application

For Business Students: If you are a student of the Graduate School of Management (Accounting, MBA, Executive MBA, Economics, or Human Resources), click here for your Business graduation application.

For all other programs: As a graduate student, you are responsible for verifying that you have met all degree requirements by the deadlines printed in the Graduate Bulletin. If you do not meet the various deadlines, you will not be able to graduate.

When you have met or will meet all degree requirements by the posted deadlines, submit this Graduation Application to the Graduate School by the deadline listed in the Graduate Bulletin. Until all graduation requirements have been met, you must maintain the appropriate registration status (less than half-time, half-time, full-time).

If you omit required information, this form will not be processed by the Graduate School.
